Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight:

  • Standard Delivery: ~4 working days

  • Express Delivery: ~3 working days

  • Priority Delivery: ~2 working days

Note: Some remote or non-mainland areas may have limited delivery options.

📦 Shipping & Order Weight

  • Orders up to 25kg:

    • Delivered via trusted couriers

    • Securely packaged to protect your flowers and decor

    • Optional delivery date selection available at checkout

  • Orders over 25kg:

    • Delivered by a specialized courier or pallet service

    • Requires unloading space at your location

    • Scheduled delivery can be arranged for your convenience

📅 Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery Days: Monday–Friday

  • No Deliveries: Weekends & public holidays

  • Order Cut-Off Time:

    • Orders placed before 1 PM ship the same day

    • Orders after 1 PM ship the next working day

⚠️ Important Information

  • Remote Areas: Additional delivery fees may apply.

  • Missed Deliveries: Redelivery charges may apply if you are unavailable to receive your order.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours, including photos of the damaged items, so we can assist you promptly.
